Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please note that shipping cost for returning items for reasons other than damaged items or improper items will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please report the issue to simplyserving.withaj@gmail.com with as much detail as possible- including order number and photo proof of issue when applicable.
Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at simplyserving.withaj@gmail.com and provide as much detail as possible. Please include the order number, reason for return and desired product. Communication and arrangements will take place once this information is evaluated.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
